Since Unite Call Center has been integrated with Skype, it is a pre-requisite
to have
Skype already installed on your computer before you download and install
our product Unite Call Center. All your calls through Skype will be handled by our
product Unite Call Center after the successfully completion of Step FIVE.

Once
Skype is fully downloaded and installed on your computer, it is now the
right time for downloading our product Unite Call Center. Before you download and
install Unite Call Center on your computer, ensure that you have a valid and active
Skype id which you are currently
using.

Installing Unite Call Center is just as simple as the installation of any other general
software. Just run the setup you have downloaded in Step TWO and follow the installation
process as per the step-by-step instructions popped up during installation. Enter
the product key if required (depends upon the version you are installing).
After installation of Unite Call Center in Step THREE, when you run Unite Call Center
application for the first time you can see a project already created there with
an extension to
Skype Echo Test. It has been named as Sample Project and it is created by
us for your first time use.
To start exploring the product, add more extensions to the main line of the existing
project and then activate the project to route all Skype calls through Unite PBX.
After you create a new project through Unite Call Center you have to activate that
project to make all incoming and outgoing Skype calls route through Unite
Call Center.
After you activate a project, take the Sample Project itself for example, you will
notice that any incoming call gets auto answered and also gets forwarded to the
appropriate extension as per the extension pressed by the caller.
Activating a project makes it enough for Unite Call Center to understand that it
has to route all your Skype calls through itself.
After activating a project, you can use the product to explore all its functionalities.
